Not happy with a product ? Got the wrong size ? No problem!

Here you can read how to revoke and return your purchase. Also here is how to exchange items.

 

RETURNS
Have you ordered and bought items from Bartang, but would you like to return the goods you received? You can revoke your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

Retraction period
his period of 14 days after your purchase is the "trial period" and starts the day after you receive the article. If you have ordered several items at once, the trial period starts after you have received the last item. During the trial period, you can view the items and try on clothes as you would in a normal shop.

To be able to withdraw free of charge, the item must of course be unused and complete with its original packaging and hangtags. Trying on clothes is not a problem. If the product is damaged or clothing has been worn, we will not take it back or will charge a fee.


How to revoke?
You can withdraw and cancel the purchase by sending an email to [email protected] within the viewing period, informing you that you want to revoke the purchase.

Please mention in that email:

  • Your name;
  • your address;
  • Order number
  • the date of your order
  • a description of the product

It is also possible to withdraw by using our withdrawal form and send it to us by e-mail or by post. A copy of the withdrawal form can be found in our general terms and conditions.

Return shipments, return service and shipping costs
After revocation, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us or return it to us.

The costs for return shipments are for the buyer. Returns are also at the buyer's risk, which means that Bartang is not liable for damaged or lost returned items.

You can use the return service we offer in cooperation with DPD for your return shipment. After your revocation you will receive a return label from us. The costs for the return label will be deducted from the return amount or can be paid separately via a payment link that we will e-mail.

You can also return the items at our shop. Always make an appointment first to avoid standing in front of a closed door. There are of course no costs involved.

When will I receive my refund?
If you cancel your purchase, we will refund the purchase price received by us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the returned items. The returned items must be in new condition. If there are signs of use on the item, we will not accept the return. Did you pay us shipping costs when purchasing your order and are you returning the entire order? Then we will also refund those shipping costs. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay for your order.

EXCHANGE

Would you like to exchange items bought at Bartang, for example for another size or another colour? You can exchange your purchase up to 14 days after purchase, during the trial period mentioned above.

To exchange, the article must of course be unused and complete with its original packaging and hangtags. Trying on clothes is not a problem. If the product is damaged or clothing has been worn, we will not take the item back or will charge a fee.

How to exchange?
Within the trial period, let us know by phone or email that you want to exchange an item. Always contact us first before returning items so we can check whether a replacement item is available. Should the replacement item be (temporarily) unavailable, we will certainly find a suitable solution together.

Return shipments and shipping costs

We will share the cost of returning the items and then resending replacement products with you: you pay for returning the items to us, we pay for resending the replacement products to you regardless of the value of the replacement product.

You can use the returns service we offer in cooperation with DPD for your returns. After we have contacted you about the exchange and return of the products, you will receive a return label that you can print out. The cost of the return label can be paid via a payment link that we will e-mail.

Returns are at the buyer's risk, which means that Bartang is not liable for damaged or lost returned items.

Refund and additional payment

If you exchange an article for a cheaper article, we will refund the difference as soon as possible after receipt of the returned articles. If you exchange for a more expensive item, we will send the replacement item as soon as we receive the difference in purchase price.
